About one month before I needed a pickup, I called AMS and was told that my request was far enough in advance so that I was assured of a timely pickup. I was promised a call back but after three days no one called. I called back and was told that Antoine would return my call. Again no call back. Two days later I called Antoine and was told that he was waiting for his other dispatcher, Abe, to provide a shedule. Antoine promised a call which again never came.

I called on Thursday 4/26/07 and talked to Antoine again. I asked if he had Abe's schedule and he said that my time frame was still good. However he couldn't get me the exact time yet but would call back. I received no call back.

On Moday 4/30/07 I again called Antoine. This time Antoine told me he couldn't make my pick up date and wasn't sure exactly when the vehicle would be picked up.

If you are interested in dealing with a reputable firm, look elsewhere.

Mr. DeWitt was never a contracted customer of AutoMobileShip. He was calling many companies to see which could facilitate his transport the quickest. His calls were returned, and he was never promised anything. I advised that at this time of the year, his particular route is very busy, and delays may occur.His time window for pick up was very demanding to say the least.One of my dispatchers advised that he "may" be able to handle the job. When I talked to Mr. DeWitt, I told him that I would call him back with the details. When I explaind to Mr. DeWitt that we would not be able to facilitate this move for him in the desired time frame he became upset. I say once again, he was never promised anything, nor was he mis-led by our company.
