Awful and sloppy customer service

Be careful of this company. Melissa is extremely incompetent at entering information - she initially got the contact phone number wrong, as well as the destination zip. My car would have been shipped to LA rather than SF Bay Area, which is where I had specified. They do NOT return phone calls in a timely fashion, and do NOT keep the customer informed, even when repeatedly asked. When I expressed my discontent the day before my car was to be picked up, Melissa had the nerve to get mad and tell me that I had "no truck" and that it is "cancelled". They initiated the cancellation, but subsequently had the nerve to charge ME a cancellation fee. I called to have the charges reversed since I was not the one who initiated the cancellation, but they were not receptive at all.

I am disputing these charges with my credit card company.

Don't ever ever use this company, because they CANNOT be trusted, and they are NOT honorable or respectable people!
