Shiipping my car with AutoGo was a pleasant experience from beginning of the process to delivery of the vehicle. Both the customer service persons and the driver of the delivery truck were extremely courteous and polite. The driver was very helpful and willing to assist in amy way possible. For instance, when he discovered his truck was to too large to drive directly to the residence for pick up of my car, he volunteered to walk approximately one mile to personally pick up and drive the car to the truck location. In addtion, prior to delivery he called ahead to infom me he would arrive a couple of days early, which allowed me time to accomplish other planned activities.
