The less 1 star is because of the transporters themselves. I know it's not AutoGo, but it's the people they're working with, so it's part of my overall experience.

Michelle was a great help throughout the entire sales process. I spoke with 4 transportation companies, and Michelle was the only one who explained the process to me thoroughly, including the possibility of a cost increase based on gas prices at the time of pickup. She walked me through the different types of transportation (open v. covered), what happens in each step of the process, and was very friendly and willing to help every step of the way. I had a great experience with her.

When the driver arrived (around 3PM which was the end of the time window), there was very little conversation as one of the drivers didn't speak English, and the other guy who took down the notes on the car barely spoke to me. He walked around the car, and ignored me when I was trying to show him spots (so I stopped since he was finding what he wanted to find), and really barely said anything. I think it was a language barrier as well. I don't think this guy has anything to do with AutoGo other than they're one of their vendors, but it was kind of an abrupt end to a great process with Michelle.

On the delivery end, I wasn't there to accept the car (my real estate agent did), so I don't know if that was good.

The great part is the car arrived very quickly (within 2 days), didn't see anything wrong with it (other than what I did to it myself), and it was a relatively cheap experience.
