The driver followed instructions arrived on time. But the transporter had varieties of vehicles and only one driver. As such some of the vehicles fitt in the miidle while the others fit only on the edges based on the size of the vehicle . When I helped the driver to load my car I had to signal him to stop within 6 inches of the trunk of my car to allow room for the large SUV to fit on the ramp. I was wondering what will happen when he loads and unloads my car several times by himself due the various delivery locations. Sure enough the car arrived with the large dent on the trunk All that may be acceptable, but what is not acceptable is the dishonesty when the driver unloads the car in the parking lot, rushes my wife to sign the papers and leaves without telling her about the dent. Several attempts were made to contact the company but no answer.

First off this is a review of the carrier not of us AutoGo the broker. Second, the client agreed to our terms and conditions which clearly state in line #8. 8. Additional terms and conditions apply to the transporter and appear on the Bill of Lading/Condition Report. The customer and his agents agree to read transporters Bill of Lading/Condition Report terms and conditions and agree to fully inspect the vehicle at both pickup and delivery, and annotate any and all damages on the carrier’s Bill of Lading/Condition Report BEFORE the driver leaves. Any claims for damages not annotated on the Condition Report WILL NOT BE HONORED! INSPECT YOUR CAR THOROUGHLY! AutoGo will not be responsible for any damages. All claims for in transit damage must be addressed to the transporter. Mr. El-Khashab never let AutoGo Transport know there was an issue on delivery and that he was having problems getting a response from the carrier. This review is what brought this issue to light for AutoGo. We have communicated with both Mr. El-Khashab and the carrier and are hoping to reach a compromise. We have used this carrier in the past and have never had any issues.
