Not once, but twice, John worked with me with extraordinary patience and kindness. A few months after I had shipped my car to my son in California, (with a few bumps that John helped iron out) he got the car back to Florida to us.

This was really a stressful time for me, but John's efforts, and his compassion on the other end of the line, helped me keep my sanity. When you getting a million calls for these auto brokers. I'm not exaggerating when I say that John is one of the most professional and kind people I've ever worked with.
