My car was picked up on the very day promised and was delivered on time to Phoenix. The customer service rep (Karen) was knowledgeable and very helpful. She provided follow-up throughout the process. Other than some minor miscommunication between the carrier's dispatcher and driver, the process went very smoothly. I would definitely use this company again.
