Bad service, bad process

Not a single call or email from them from day one, in spite of repeated emails and voicemails from us. Clearly this company believes you are on your own once the sale is made.

They were aware that a truck broke down at least two days before i found out about the delay. In the middle of that, i was told twice that the truck was about 3 hours away and they would be here that night or the next morning. Of course, that ran into the weekend and they could not be contacted.

On Monday, (this is 6 days from the breakdown) my wife talked to a manager there who said they would make the pickup for sure before midnight the next day (Jan 10), but they had the right to take 10 days from the original pickup date to do this. 10 days was yesterday. Still no pickup....no phone call...no email...nothing.

I know they had an unfortunate incident with the driver and would have gladly forgiven the delay. What is intolerable is the false promises and total disregard for keeping the customer informed. This is a company that uses the small print in their contract to cover their inefficiency and total lack of concern for the customer.

I cannot attest to their ability. to deliver a vehicle. I can tell you that their customer service is abysmal. Even their automated phone response is a joke, placing you in voice mail every time you get the "you are first in line" message. From the conversation with the manager, i think this is how they intend it to work.

I think their 5 star rating is about 4 and a half stars too high

This experience was with the previous owner of our company who is no longer with the organization. All reviews over the last 12 months are for the current owners, please look at our A rating on the BBB and also on Angie's list, thank you so much, we do our very best to keep all customers 100% satisfied:-)
