After getting quotes from multiple vendors, I decided to try this place due to location (convenience for me). I e-mailed Maria asking for her to give me a call so we can set it up for tomorrow. I was contacted by someone other than Maria and was told that I can't do it tomorrow because we need to provide them a 7 day window. That was never mentioned in my e-mail correspondence with Maria.
Ask lots of questions before committing with them.. If someone from within the company states otherwise, feel free to contact me for a copy of the e-mail thread..
