As title, never ever use their service. They told me my car would be picked up on Sep 24th and arrive on Oct 2nd in CA, and I paid 195USD deposit. Nothing happened on 24th. I called on 25th, 26th, they just said they didn't know. From 27th, I cannot reach them. Apparently, they don't want to answer my phone call. The salesperson is Claire Hall, by the way. TOTALLY SCAM. They deliberately UNDERQUOTE it to trap you. I see some other reviews saying their cars got shipped ok. Well, could be. If you want to wait like a idiot and be treated like shit, go ahead. I give you my word that they are the last one you want to try.
