This order was placed on 8/17 and dispatched out to a carrier 2 days later on 8/19. For whatever reason, the driver cancelled the load, which happens sometimes with these independent carriers. Customer was refunded fully for the fee that was charged. Even after calling back to back over 20 times to do nothing but complain about the first driver never picking up his vehicle. Unrealistic expectations lead to dramatic reviews....Just another example of a customer that does not understand how the transport industry works.
