Hello,
Let me just start by saying that we deliver your vehicle during the day, you personally inspected the car with the driver. He made you walk around the car and you signed the inspection , you signed where it said received in good condition, and also you paid the driver in cash.
Furthermore, you did not reported any damage to us until 3 weeks later; it was when you decided to call us to tell us that there was a dent in your trunk. Unfortunately any damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. We can make exception and maybe take the time for a damage reported within 72 hours, but 3 weeks later, COME ON!!!! Anyway, I have spoke with you at least 3 times , and Pedro 3 times as well, that is 6 times total. We explain our policy and unfortunately there is not much I can do for you. I am sorry, but that damage could have happen for all I know anywhere but in transport. That is why you have to report damage immediately.
