My daughter had a front ender during the terrible michigan winter of 2014 and the car sat in her driveway for a long time as we live in New Jersey and did not know mechanics in the Detroit area. We spent alot of time trying to figure out how to tow the car back. But my Ex works all the time and I have had health problems. In any event , I originally figured I would rent from Uhaul and tow it myself. At the last minute, I decided to look into auto transporting and found it actually was more reasonable than self towing. When I contacted Auto Transport Logistics they gave me a very reasonable quote ($425 from Dearborn , MI to Bear DE) and were able to find a driver who also did a great job. The car was picked up on time and delivered two days later and is now being repaired by my Ex's favorite mechanic. We have ordered all the parts to rebuild the damage and expect the car will be good as new in a week or so. Thanks so much Katherine for helping me out. I really doubt i would have been able to manage towing this car from Dearborn to the mechanic in Delaware by myself as I originally planned.
