My car arrived in good condition and the overall experience was a good one. What put Auto Transport Connections LLC over the top was the how Sherry helped me a month after my car arrived. My SUV was shipped from NYC to San Francisco but I forgot to remove my ez-pass tag before giving it to the trucker. So I was charged several tolls as the truck was passing through the states. Unfortunately my pickup receipt does not show shipment dates so after several unsuccessful attempt to contact the driver I emailed Sherry to see if she can help me obtain a receipt to confirm the dates. I thought it might take a few days since it was a month after the shipment. To my surprise, she replied me on the same day and got a confirmation for me the next day after I got on the phone to confirm the exact type of support I need. Thank you very much Sherry!
