I called Elsie and explained to her that I had just purchased an old car (in rough but running shape) and I needed to have it picked up ASAP as the seller didn't want the car around. She advised me to offer a bit extra to attract a transporter out of the very busy LA market. I did exactly that and she had someone bite on it in about a day. It was picked up within a few hours of the designated time on a holiday weekend.

The hauling company did have some delays and a couple of times I was concerned over their level of communication. Not to worry. When I contacted Elsie she always got them to close the loop. The vehicle arrived as promised and in good condition. I will use Elsie (ATC) again if the need arises.
