I called ATC after my car was not picked up by one of the large transporters for over a week after they said it would be. Elsie gave me a quote,found a driver for my vehicle, and gave me a delivery date. My car was picked up a couple of days after we talked and was delivered 4 days later. The car is brand new and had no damage at all. What I appreciated the most was that she took the time to find my car a spot on a particular truck with a known route and driver. It was a great change from having my car waiting in a "pool" like system.
