While having a problem with A AAA Advantage and their ability to pick up our vehicle, we were contacted by AJ at Auto Transport Center Inc. She said they had a driver going through our pickup location and were we still looking for a transport service. We decided to go with them since A AAA Advantage were not returning our calls (after billing our credit card already for the full amount for transport- see my review on those guys).
AJ was very responsive, they communicated to us about specifics, gave us the driver's cell phone number a day before the pickup, the driver was great when we met him at the pick up location, and the car arrived without a scratch. I can't guarantee they would use the same driver, but they were definitely on the ball about communicating with us and being responsible.
The deposit you pay is the fee for the company that books the transport - the rest that you pay the driver goes directly to the driver. Doing this again I'd either use Auto Transport Center or I'd attempt to call a driver directly and save 200 bucks.
