The 1st phase of this process was to do our homework. I requested several quotes, then I began the process of ready reviews. Prices ranged from $625.oo to $390.00. My concern was the cheapest would ultimately be the most expensive - not so in this case. After reading the reviews I decided to go with the cheapest - $390.00. Autotransport4less had great reviews, they are a member of the BBB with an A rating - so I chose them. Right from the beginning the experience was pleasant and professional! We dealt with Travis, 1st he spoke to my husband and explained the process. My husband gave me the ok to ship his car using Autotransport4less, then I began to deal with Travis. Always professional, always courteous, and ALWAYS informative. They had an available transporter 1 day before our ready date, this was great, because our ready date was pulled from the sky. We made arrangements to have the car picked up @ our mechanics shop. We paid a $90.00 deposit via a cc, balance due @ delivery. The driver contacted our mechanic, contacted us, and the pick-up went quite smoothly. The drop-off didn't go as smoothly, only because the driver got off to a late start and delivery was late evening. Still Peter, the driver, kept us abreast of his location and his ETA. The car was delivered, unscathed, gave Peter the certified funds and away he went. Thank you Autotransport4less and Travis! We could not have asked for a more uncumbersome delivery, especially after reading some of the reviews with other companies - downright scary! We will refer you to our friends and family!
