It was prompt that the company answer my phonecall, and the manager, Travis, was nice on the phone. The drivers came on time but did not speak english so could not understand my concerns. The driver came from Osvaldo & Son, Inc, a local car hauler in Lehigh Acres, Fl. The driver used his pick-up for a trail with three cars, two were wrecked. The worst thing was after I received my car, it was all wet inside, and smelt like dead fisher, the company refused to tell me what happen. I made several phonecalls to Travis, and then never picked up my call, and never called me back.

I am sorry to see that Mr Sheng had a negative experience with Auto Transport 4 Less. He worked with our company when it was under prior ownership, so I cannot comment on the specifics of his complaint.
