Hello Kerry. We appreciate your feedback but please in the future be sure to specify that you gave incorrect information and our transport specialist simply entered the information given by you into our sysetm. The beauty is that we send all of our customers written agreements so you can verify the information entered. So next time be sure to verify the information you have given so this does not happen again. All in all Kerry it is safe to say that whether the english was clear or not our specialist did a great a job in transporting your RV and we are all knowlegable, professional and extremely helpful compared to our competition.
