Roberta from Auto Transport called me and gave me a “Guaranteed never to go up Price” she also guaranteed me a pick update. She spammed me with emails and calls until I signed a contract. Before I signed she told me my car would be picked up by the end of the week. I was never assigned a driver. I called her and dispatch 4 days in a row and they always promised to get back to me by the end of the day and never did. They finally call me raising the price up $300. She completely bad mouthed another company, BYT Auto group, I told her I had been negotiating with. She told me they were unethical, can’t guarantee me a price, unreliable. Turns out she was describing her own company. BBB will be notified as will the other shipping company so they can take appropriate action.
