I was quiite happy with your service. I only thing that troubled me was that the time of pick-up was so iffy and I was nervous that the car wouldn't be picked up until after we had left for Masssachusetts.
The driver was pleasant and helpful and accommodating with the delivery time and place. I also had good service from the young lady with whom I talked to over the phone. She was very helpful and reassuring.
