I never shipped a car before. Maggie was knowledgeable . I did not has a sense of how much of a window is needed. The major snow storm did not help. My car got picked up and I was called at 10 pm by Janine to check on my satisfaction. She is wonderful, competent and customer service driven. I would use them again based on her service.
