I shipped a car last year and couldn't find a number to reach Autotransport and I found Janine on Instagram and decided to come back because I loved her customer service. When the car was picked up, the dispatcher was absolutely knowledgeable and gave me all the information I needed. Although the car was a bit delayed due to weather conditions I received it in due time and it was in the same condition as I had sent it out.
