Got it done eventually, but not exactly honest

Is a broker, even tho they stated they used their own drivers, and strongly implied they were not. So I am docking them a star for that, because it was deceptive. Told me a 2 day pickup window, was not able to pick up either day, however their contract states 10 day window. A driver tried to pick up the car 2 days before the contract even started, which might have worked for some people, but not me at all. They ended up picking the car up 7 days after the '2 day window' and I had to leave it behind with a friend. Frustrating, but it did work out.

They did partially price match a quote I received (came down some, but not all the way), and there were no extra charges, so they did that part. I wonder if the insurance they said that each vehicle had (50K with no deductible) was real or if that was a fabrication as well. Thankfully I did not have to find out.

Quite frankly it would have been better if they were honest and made clear that there is a 10 day pickup window, rather than hiding it in the small print. Also the communication between them and the drivers was not that good, the first guy tried to tell me it was okay for him to pick it up two days early and deliver it to TN 4 days before I would even get there. Yeah, not okay. Also, a CS rep also tried to pressure me into writing this review with her on the phone with me. Not really acceptable in my book.

However, I can't doc them any points more than 2 stars, cause I ultimately got the car transported, undamaged, and for the price they quoted. It was on-time delivery as far as I was concerned, because it got to TN after I did (drove my other car, so that wasn't a concern).
