Overall I feel the service was good. Some confusion in the beginning because a driver came to pick the vehicle up on Friday but the vehicle didn't fit. I tried reaching someone all weekend in regards to another pick up date, but it wasn't until Monday when I got answers, so we had to wait another 3 days before the vehicle was actually picked up, than when the vehicle was pick up, it was a delay in delivery because the truck driver had difficulties with his truck. I would say customer service was great over the phone, but the transport it self could have been a better. Your driver who delivered the vehicle I don't fault him for the mix up in the beginning. He was professional
