AutoTransport123 Agent Mike Genovese was easy to work with when creating the contract to ship my car. However, he was very difficult to contact when pickup date neared which was very frustrating. Customer Service at AutoTransport123 also refused to help me connect with him or anyone else. Still, got my car at the agreed upon price. They should really try and work on their customer service.
