I used these guys to send a car from Denver to Wenatchee, Washington and while the process had several glitches (the original drivers truck broke down, the replacement driver was 3 hours late to the pickup and got the car to the destination 4 days early) at the end of the day the car made it without damage.The car transport business is awful...there is so much BS from all of these idiots it is impossible to tell a good one from a bad one but these guys pull it off.

They are very department driven...sales is sales, dispatch is dispatch but the customer service is good if you call them enough to get your information (they don't ever call you back) and when things screw up, which they did for me, they still get the job done.I would use them again for sure...call Joey Giuliano in sales at ext 565...he shoots it straight and Ashley, the customer service girl in his office is nice and very efficient.
