WASTED time and money!!

Pushy salesman full of half truths. Once they charged my credit card for the loading fee they became non existent. I had to call daily to get information and had no response or communication. I not only had a late pick up but the car was delivered 3 days late and no call to follow up or confirm. They were rude and unprofessional!!!

In the future I will call KB Transport directly to transport my vehicle and not waste my time or money with a broker... especially NOT auto transport 123!!

Lori we are sorry to see that you feel this way in regards to the transport. Your order was picked up on time - delivered on time with no Damage to your Vehicle. I do understand that there was a misunderstanding with how the COD was to be paid which was explained to you on multiple occasions.
