Customer service was excellent in the beginning. Very friendly and informed in regard to the process and specifics within it. I did send a couple follow-up emails to Brandon once the process was underway that were not responded to. The emails were in relation to the payments upon delivery as it had changed from 1200.00 to 1275.00. I later discovered that my deposit, originally quoted as 225.00 was dropped to 150.00 (I have still not verified this).

Pick-up changed on two occasions and was moved from our home address in TN to the Lowe's parking lot about 20 miles away. It was also changed from Friday to Sunday with some communication issues in the process. It ended up working out OK and the delivery in Wyoming was on time. The driver was very personable and communicated well in terms of the Wyoming drop-off. The dispatcher or gentleman I spoke with at Towmator Towing about some of the changes on the pick-up end was courteous and helpful.
