Our experience with 123 was super, especially since it was last minute due to another company not being able to find a carrier after a week of trying. I had contacted 123 previously and was warned about possible problems with transport companies, but we chose to go with someone else who was a broker and couldn't find a carrier to pick up our car. I contaced Dana at 123 again and she helped me cancel the other company, gave me a detailed explanation of 123's process, what I needed to do, and kept in touch throughout the day. By late afternoon that first day she had arranged for a pickup of our car that same night. The transport driver provided good communication and our car was delivered in 7 days. I HIGHLY recommend Auto Transport 123, and thank them for solving my problem and making it smooth, and worry-free. Thanks Dana, you were great!!
