Anthony was friendly and knowledgeable. The pick up was somewhat complicated by the fact that it was from a Military installation. This required a 5 day pre application on the part of the driver in order to be screened and receive a pass to enter the facility. This is not the fault of 123, however it did cause some delay in the pick up which worried me a bit. Email and telephone contacts were professional and effective. The only suggestion would be that in an unusual situation like this (with requirements for pick up) you might consider updating the customer more frequently about getting the load booked rather than just no response until it is booked, which took a few days in this case. Not a really bad thing, but it did cause some concern to me as I was a first time customer. I was referred by a satisfied customer who gave you a very good recommendation.
