Generally a good experience. First time shipping my brand new car across coast and received it in the original shape. Good pickup and inspection services but the delivery was delayed. The driver was helpful and delivered the car on the specific date after putting in a request. In the sales process, I was promised to receive within a week but got it a week later, which is kind of understandable during winter time.
