Pick up was one day later than planned, and delivery was ultimately late. Not sure if the fault of the carrier, they seemed disorganized and the driver didn't know in detail where he was picking up other vehicles and when. Not sure how the broker can give an accurate delivery time when the carrier doesn't even know when they can pick up the car.
