I was served by Tara. She found a very reliable driver within the time window. The driver was very nice, very thorough, and patient. There were no hiccups on the way.
Tara is a reliable agent. The reason for four instead of five stars is because I feel she could improve on her customer communication. It sounded just a bit rough and impatient at times but overall this is a reliable company to transport with.
