Make it easy for a Firs time Shipper

As a First Time Mover they really helped me out even when I first got a quote from another shipper. After making arrangements I got a call from them asking me if I got a shipper and I said yes.They asked who, I told them and gave me a lot of info on how this works and the company I first picked had some bad reviews etc. He corrected me and set me in the right direction about all the scams. After I gave my credit card numbers I was really upset that they could have charged anything on it so they told me to call my bank and cancel it out, I did. Then Michael talked me through the whole process in real time so I could understand all the steps that I needed to do correctly. Boy, I can't believe how helpful he was and answered all my questions that I Had. I don't think I was ever treated that polite and made it easy to get my Truck home and Could start working on it. It was a big Truck with dual wheels and I'm not sure if it's a one ton or more. It was used to haul grain once a year to the grain elevators and was a dump box. I am so thrilled with there service.
