We had our 1931 Ford Model A transported from MA to CA October 2015. The company was reliable and honest and our truck arrived on time as promised, with updates along the way My from the driver as requested/needed. The only constructive criticism we have is that our primary contact Nick was a bit too eager at times to gain our business and prior to our agreeing to use their services, he called us 3-4 times in one day. He also keeps you on the phone for a very long time, often over over explaining things (better to be well-informed though rather than have someone not communicate with you!). Our second contact Traci informed us that an open trailer was required because "the streets in California are too small." This simply isn't true, and we told her that we were originally from California, and the streets are actually quite wide. Traci also called twice to ask that we complete a review. We explained to her that we are moving cross country and would do it in several weeks; she then stopped calling. Overall, we would definitely use this company again as the services promised were delivered upon and at an affordable price.
