First time using the company. The price and transport were fine. The van arrived very dirty, but that was somewhat expected with an open carrier. The one drawback with the company would be the pressure to complete a review. The van was delivered to my wife while I was driving cross country. I received two calls before I was even able to see the van and then a third the day I arrived. Then a final call today asking me to complete a review. They are a good company, but there is reason why they have so many reviews.
