I selected this company based off their guaranteed price quote, other user reviews and because of how courteous they were to me. And for the most part their service was exceptional. The only issue that makes me hesitant to give them a perfect review is that my car's anticipated arrival (the day I selected that I would want my vehicle) came and went without a call from them. The date I selected was Saturday, the 19th- 10 days after my vehicles pick up. Once I called them on Sunday, the 20th to state that my car was suppose to have arrived the day before they were prompt and courteous and immediately located the driver and called me back. Their report was that my car would arrive on Monday or Tuesday. Tuesday morning my car did arrive and was relatively clean with only 1 extra mile added to the speed odometer! I was quiet pleased about this.

Now it should be mentioned that I am aware that all shipping companies, as per DOT regulations, have a 14 day grace period between the selected delivery date and the actual delivery date when traveling from east to west coast or visa versa (7 I believe if it's on the same coast). This company was well within that time frame, but I felt other's may need their cars by specific dates and the fact that they were three days late may be an important thought to keep in mind.

If that is not an issue for you then I would highly recommend using this company!
