We used Autotransport 123 after being contacted through an auto quote request online. Jessie reached out several times to follow up with me as I wasn't quite ready to book the auto transfer. I did reach out when ready, they explained the process, deposit and was able to do everything electronically. The driver contacted us to set up pick up the day before, as promised, they picked up the vehicle at th time discussed. The company called to advise us the car was in route, and the driver would be reaching out when they were 24 hours away. The driver did just that! We heard from him, discussed the final payment, and time of arrival the next day. The driver called me 4 hours prior to being in my neighborhood. We arranged a more public place to drop off the car that had a larger parking area to accommodate his truck. We arrived, inspected the vehicle and paid the driver. It was overall a very smooth transaction and we would use Auto Transport 123 again if we have a need.
