Excellent service. Period. I will recommend them to anyone who asks about shipping a car.
If you're on this site, you understand that as soon as you put in information with any source online, you start getting calls and emails from a bunch of different companies and representatives. I talked with a lot of representatives, read a TON of reviews and blog stories, and even almost fell for a scam company. With Matt and Auto Transport 123, though, I was extremely pleased. Matt was helpful in explaining the whole process to me, and sticking with me patiently while I made up my mind whether to go with their price, which was a bit higher than some of the other offers I received.
One particular detail is that I accidentally booked the appointment for the week after I needed the vehicle picked up, and I called the day before it was scheduled to be picked up (Tuesday) to ask if they could pick it up the next day (Wednesday) rather than the following Wednesday as I had originally planned. Without being condescending towards me or sounding frustrated/annoyed at all, they expressed their understanding and told me they would call me soon with an update. 20 minutes later, they said that next-day pickup was possible, but if I wanted, I could even get it picked up that evening! No extra charge, no change to the original quote agreement, and the driver was even willing to wait an extra 2 hours in San Francisco for us to have the car picked up a day early! Gino, the driver, was very friendly and professional in helping figure out where and when to pick up and drop off.
At the end of the day, I couldn't be happier that I spent the extra $125 (from the cheapest reasonable quote) to go with Auto Transport 123. I will always go with them in the future, and will recommend them to anyone who asks me about a company. Their service was prompt and professional, everything was clear up front, and they did not charge a dime until the vehicle was picked up. Bottom line: spend the extra money to go with a reputable company, hands-down. After horror stories online and from my friends, I can't recommend Auto Transport 123 enough.
