Nicole was great from the first quote provided to follow up on the delivery. Tracy was also super helpful when I called in with questions / additional information. I wasn't thrilled with the personality of the driver who contacted me directly to coordinate...but he's not an employee of Auto 123 Transport. Nicole followed up immediately to rectify a miscommunication with the driver...and...my mini is safe and sound in my driveway.
