From the first phone contact and the follow up e-mail to the unit delivery the process was flawless. Nicole assigned a day and the driver call that day (10 days after initial contact with Nicole and the day that was assigned for the pick up). She responded to my initial contact with the company with a price quote as we spoke. As well, all initial questions were answered. For the reader's interest I have transported cars to the same location and the is service is superior to the other shipments.
