Jackie,
I apologize for the experience you had. The original carrier that we had scheduled for your daughters car to be picked up broke down. We then found another carrier to pick you up on Friday which would have been a day past our original window and you refused to accept that. I then had my dispatchers scramble and dispatch a 3rd driver for a pick up on Thursday which was within the window of out agreement which I honored. I answered every call from you and your daughter. I never lied to you and was honest about everything that was going on. We let you cancel for free less than 48 hours into out 3 day pick up window which is unheard of even after I had a driver assigned to pick you up.
