While I had some issues with the driver (mainly a 3-days-late delivery) and an initial unreturned phone call to customer service, these issues were resolved very promptly after I posted a negative review.

Janine in customer service was a pleasure to work with, very polite and knowledgeable and prompt. She assured me that she would take care of my problem, and sure enough, just a few minutes later she called to tell me how they could resolve things for me. I did receive a small refund as compensation for some of my difficulties. Everyone involved seemed truly kind and professional about everything.

I greatly appreciated their attention to my concerns and ultimately my car arrived just fine, which is the main thing!
