Nicole was friendly and nice to deal with. However I ended up a week late and couldn't get ahold of anyone that knew what was going on for 4 days. I ended up making my own arraignments for the majority of the load and ended up being way cheaper and on time when I did it myself. My load was out of the ordinary and took some diffrent angles then normal to get things going. I don't think it was Nicole's fault but, I do think some major improvements need to be made on the bidding of jobs
