I had an excellent experience from start to finish. I had no previous experience with this process and felt well informed throughout.
Dan, my sales representative, was very informative, professional, and enthusiastic. He went to great lengths to provide exceptional personal customer care. Janine, the Customer Service Manager, was very helpful and understanding of my inexperience with this process and patient with my numerous inquiries. In addition, the driver George was extremely polite and professional and kept me informed of his progress/journey along the way. He arrived with my truck within 30 minutes of the estimated arrival time which is miraculous considering the traffic in this area!
I was so pleased with the process that I advised the dealership of my overall positive experience with this company and encouraged them to refer customers to AT123 in the future. I know that I would definitely use this company again and recommend them to friends and family. They certainly deserve the excellent reviews and ratings they have received at this site.
