I was told that the truck would be picked up on Friday, May 1st. When I called to find out why it wasn't the girl I spoke with said the notes said they would try to pick it up then but the verbal comment was that it would be picked up. Then, no one called until I called again the following Wednesday. Ross said they didn't have a driver before but now they had one and so the truck was picked up that Friday.
