Jimmy was extremely professional and helpful throughout the entire process, even while having the flu he stayed in contact with me the entire time. The car was picked up late; however, the carrier George & Saba Express LLC were very friendly and allowed for a full vehicle 'look over' before signing off on the car. In addition I was texted along the way to get a general ETA of when my vehicle would arrive. This was my first experience shipping a car and I will ship via this service again if the opportunity arises.
