Overall, nice experience. Car picked up on Thursday and delivered the following Thursday. The car is dirty, so I cannot see if there are any damages until I get it washed.
The rep I talked to - Monique - was really nice, very helpful. I was nervous since this was my first time shipping a car, but after talking to her, her knowledge really helped me feel more comfortable. Initially, I was looking for enclosed shipping, but Monique offered her honest opinion and recommended open carrier, that it is safe and a lot cheaper. I'm glad that I went with her suggestion, I got the car safe and saved a lot of money.
The driver who picked up my car, Eddie, was really nice too. He drove as close as he could to my home, 5 minutes from my home. And the car was derivered to my door on a tow truck.
I 'd say this has been a nice experience, everything went smoothly. Highly recommend Auto Transport 123, and talk to Monique.
